2. Does Rubber Duckies cover small parties as well as large events?

Yes. We will supply to any event no matter how large or small.

3. Can we hire a product for a prolonged period of time?

Yes. Our bouncy castles and slides are available for hire on whatever leasing period you require, be it for an afternoon or a whole week.

4. Can we have the item delivered and collected at times that suit us?

Yes. Rubber Duckies prides itself on flexibility and will work to your requirements.

5. Can Rubber Duckies attend and supervise events?

Yes. Our staff will happily supervise your bouncy castle or slide. When making your reservation, simply mention your requirements to the member of our team who will discuss the various options and costs.

6. What kind of surface is required for pitching the inflatable?

Our castles are suitable for inflation both indoors and out. It is important that the surface is relatively flat and free from sharp objects or stones that may puncture the equipment. When outside, we use stakes to tether down the castles, whilst inside sand bags are used to secure the item.

7. Can we use inflatables in wet and windy conditions?

It is possible to use the castles in light rain, although they are inflated by electrically powered blowers, which although are designed to be splash proof and are indeed protected by RCD’s, use is not recommended in heavy rain. Very windy conditions should also be avoided.

8. What if the weather is exceptionally bad on the day of the hire?

A member of our team will contact you on the morning of your hire and discuss the options. If we decide that the conditions are not suitable then we will return your deposit, whilst doing our best to offer you alternative party hire equipment.

9. Can we use the inflatable’s in areas where there is not a power source?

Yes, Rubber Duckies can hire out petrol powered generators.

10. Can adults use the castles?

Yes and no. Some of our castles are suitable for adults. If adults are intending to use the inflatable’s, please discuss this with our team and we will ensure that suitable castles are supplied.

11. Is Rubber Duckies insured?

Yes – we have public liability insurance which covers us for negligence on our part. When supervising events, Rubber Duckies takes on liability for the inflatable’s use. If you are supervising the inflatable whether at home or at an organised event, we would recommend that you take out your own cover for peace of mind.

12. Are safety mats supplied?

Yes.

13. What health and safety policies does Rubber Duckies employ?

Health and Safety is our number one priority, and it is for this reason that all of our equipment is both up to date and in line with the current regulations set out by the Health and Safety executives. Furthermore, we have a “Using Bouncy Castles/Slides Safely” board clearly visible at the entrance to each of our inflatables.

14. How do we book?

In order to book, please ring us on 07455 097307. We will take all of your details and offer as much advice as possible to ensure that there are no problems on the day. Alternatively you can e-mail us via this web site and we will respond within hours.

15. How do we pay?

A 20% deposit will be required to secure your inflatable. This is a non-refundable deposit, although we will refund your deposit if weather conditions make it unsafe to use the inflatable. Payment can be made via a personal cheque, cash or Paypal. Naturally we will discuss your best payment options when making the reservation.

16. What notice does Rubber Duckies require prior to a reservation?

We do not need much notice, in fact we will always do our very best to get a inflatable to you even if you have left the booking till very late. In normal conditions however, we would advise that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. The summer months are very busy and we would therefore recommend booking up a few months in advance.
